AKLEH’s open system toll plaza located at Jalan Datuk Keramat, is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities catering to the needs of urban drivers commuting to and from work.
Road users enjoys conveniences such as:
- Fully Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) enabled lanes comprising of multi-class lanes, Touch ‘n Go lanes, SmartTag lanes and a dedicated hybrid lane (RFID and Touch’n Go).
- 24/7 Touch ‘n Go Reload Kiosk is available at the Customer Service Centre.
- Customer Service Centre for reloading and other transactions are open from 7am – 7pm on Mondays to Fridays, and 8am – 1pm on Saturdays. The centre closes on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- 3 Variable Message Signs (VMS) for public announcements.
- 16 Close Circuit Televisions (CCTV) to monitor road and safety conditions.

Over the years, as AKLEH became a crucial route for urban drivers, PROLINTAS has implemented various strategies to continually develop the highway, and improve traffic flow and maintenance systems.
Constant and consistent maintenance of the highway is carried out to provide motorists with the best driving experience we can offer. Maintenance activities includes inspections at various key areas such as the expansion of joints, piers, generator set, Automatic Lane Barrier (ALB), street lighting and upkeep landscaping. Most recently, all street lighting at AKLEH has been converted to LED lighting making energy consumption more efficient with lower impact on the environment.
AKLEH has received the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO39001:2012 Road Traffic Safety (RTS) Management System certifications.
